Welcome to StudyHub ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any other services provided by StudyHub (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use our Services, and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Premium features are tied to your specific user account and cannot be transferred, shared, or used by any other account or user. Sharing your account credentials to allow others to access premium features is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account and subscription without refund. One subscription is valid for one individual user only.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Use our Services to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services
• Use our Services to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our Services for cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
• Transmit any material that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our Services

We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. To ensure this:

• Our system may automatically detect potential violations of our terms or policies.
• If alerted by our system or through reports from other users, we reserve the right to review any user's logs, activities, and content posted through our Services.
• This monitoring is conducted solely for the purpose of maintaining community safety and enforcing our terms of service.

You acknowledge and agree that we cannot be held responsible for the content we may view during such reviews, and that such monitoring is essential to maintain a safe learning environment for all users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We detect suspicious or harmful activity associated with your account
• We believe, in our sole discretion, that your actions may cause harm to other users or to StudyHub

If your account is suspended, you may contact us to request a review. However, we reserve the final right to determine whether to reinstate any account.

Premium Subscription Plans

StudyHub offers various premium subscription plans through Patreon, including but not limited to Michi-ultimate Package, Michistudent Package, Michikogito AI Package, and Michizen Wellness Package. Each subscription tier offers specific features and benefits as described on our Patreon page at the time of purchase.

Billing and Payment

By subscribing to any of our premium plans, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. Payments are processed through Patreon and subject to Patreon's terms and payment policies. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information and keeping this information updated.

Subscription Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from our subscription plans at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Your continued use of premium features after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Free Trials

Some subscription plans may offer free trials. By signing up for a free trial, you authorize us to begin charging your payment method at the then-current subscription rate upon conclusion of the trial period unless you cancel prior to the end of the trial period. You will not receive notice that your free trial has ended or that your paid subscription has begun. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends if you do not wish to be charged.

No Refunds Policy

All payments for premium subscriptions are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for:

• Partially used subscription periods
• Unused features or services
• Cancellation during a billing cycle
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Changes to our features or services
• Technical issues or downtime
• If you change, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription plan
• If your access is suspended or terminated due to violations of our terms

By subscribing, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Patreon account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to premium features at the end of your billing period. We are not obligated to provide any notice before your access to premium features expires.

Membership Revocation and Access Limitations

We reserve the absolute and unconditional right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to premium features or revoke your membership at any time, without prior notice, explanation, or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive use of our services
• Sharing or reselling of premium access or features
• Violation of our community guidelines
• Failed or declined payment
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes
• Excessive usage that impacts platform performance
• Any behavior we deem harmful to our platform or community
• For technical, operational, legal, or business reasons at our sole discretion

If we revoke your membership or limit your access, we are not obligated to provide refunds, compensation, or explanation of any kind, regardless of when the revocation occurs or how much time remains in your subscription period. Our decision to revoke membership is final and not subject to appeal or dispute.

Service Availability and Feature Limitations

We strive to maintain reliable access to our premium features, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to these features. Premium services may be subject to:

• Temporary unavailability for maintenance or updates
• Delays or performance issues
• Feature modifications or removals
• Usage limits or restrictions
• Discontinuation of specific features or entire service

Feature allocations within subscription packages (such as number of quizzes, journal entries, etc.) are fixed per billing period and do not roll over to subsequent periods if unused.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services. By submitting, posting, or displaying content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any media or distribution methods.

Our Services and their contents, features, and functionality are owned by StudyHub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

Your subscription to premium features grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use those features for personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you for any content, code, data, or other materials related to premium features. The features, design, and functionality of all premium services remain the exclusive property of StudyHub.

YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STUDYHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

Cancellation of your Patreon subscription does not delete your account data or content, which will remain subject to our data retention policies. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you must separately request account deletion in addition to subscription cancellation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an update on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
